Being A Woman Is A Gift

The knowledge of Ayurveda honours and embraces the unique nature of being female. The belief in Ayurveda is that women are the centre for creating positive change and healing in our world. Ayurveda teaches us that the woman is the most important part of the family and community and needs to be cared for accordingly.

As women in todays culture we have become detached from how our body works. We’ve lost connection with our intuitive nature that is our guidance system for self-care and nurturing.

This has led to greater levels of mental health issues, auto-immune disorders, digestive disorders, infertility, menstrual disorders and menopause symptoms that have become “normal”.

Ayurveda has guided women for millennia in self-care practices that create and maintain mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health - just as they’re meant to be.
