Online Cooking Class - An Ayurvedic Take On Porridge

So many people share with me that they remember porridge as thick, gooey, and only just bearable when eaten with a lot of brown sugar.

These porridges are nothing like that!

They are also not like the highly processed and packaged porridges, packed with refined sugars, that you zap for 2 minutes and eat standing in the kitchen.

These porridges are:

  • Extremely delicious

  • Easy to digest and

  • Adaptable for seasons, dietary needs and doshas.

Think a steaming bowl of creamy porridge where you get every last bit out of the bowl. The porridge you want others to enjoy, but they need to have their own bowl, you’re not sharing!

In this workshop, I'll be cooking four different porridges. The variations include different grains, grain free, gluten free, and dairy free - and I’ll be including ways to alter the recipes to suit your dosha, with references to specific health and dietary needs.
